Introduction This internal application (“the App”) is developed and maintained by Advent Asbestos, LLC d/b/a Advent Asbestos Consulting, LLC ("Company", “we,” “us,” “our”) for the exclusive use of our employees and designated subcontractors. The App is designed to streamline internal business processes and is not intended for public use.
2. Scope This Privacy Policy applies solely to the internal use of the App. It describes how we handle the limited data that the App processes or stores in the course of normal operations.

6. Third-Party Integrations The App may utilize certain AppSheet or Google services to function. Where such services are used, these providers operate under their own privacy terms. However, we do not pass any personally identifiable information to these third-party services because the App does not collect such data in the first place.
7. Data Security We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard the data the App processes or stores. Security measures include, but are not limited to:

• Restricted user access based on job function
• Regular software updates and patches
• Secure network infrastructure and encryption protocols (as provided by AppSheet/Google platforms)

8. Children’s Privacy Because the App is for internal use by employees and designated subcontractors, it is not offered to minors and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify authorized users through the appropriate internal communication channels.
