Every asbestos inspection we perform includes a detailed, written report prepared by a CDPHE-certified asbestos consulting firm. Our reports are legally valid, permit-ready, and accepted by regulators, contractors, and building officials. In fact, any report issued by someone who is not a certified asbestos consulting firm is considered null and void by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).

Save $ on lab pricing
Bulk samples go to a third-party, accredited lab for analysis. The faster you need results, the higher the per-sample price. In Step 7 (the final step), choosing the longest turnaround option you can tolerate typically gives you the lowest per-sample cost.
