Once submitted, we will review and do our best to accommodate your preferred time. Please note, this does not create a time slot and each inspection duration varies, depending on your requirements, scope of inspection and amount of materials needing results. Please plan for base inspections to last 1 hour, regardless of the scope. Houses built before 1970 that need multiple materials tested for asbestos generally take longer, but we will confer on the duration, once we respond to this request.

NOTE: This does not create an appointment, just yet - it let's us know your preference that we will confirm our availability for shortly after receipt to be finalized and officially scheduled. Once we confirm, we will send you a service agreement to complete the booking.

Things to consider when scheduling an inspection:

• Do you work from home? Hammers, chisels and other tools used to dislodge samples may be loud,
• Consider kid's nap time - Same as above - we don't want to wake your kiddos!
• Sample locations may be visible - Samples must be collected randomly, are usually about the size of a quarter or half-dollar and may not always be inconspicuous Multiple samples are collected for each distinct material. Use our QUOTE TOOL to see how many samples will be needed.
• You don't need to be there, nor do you have to leave - we just need to be able to access the property or areas being inspected
